Counting

One Two Buckle My Shoe

One two buckle my shoe

Three four shut the door

Five six pick up sticks

Seven eight lay them straight

Nine ten do it again!

This Old Man
There is a fun rolling arms, clap, slap hand rhythm that traditionally goes with this song. Certainly this is one that needs to be seen - hmm, time to really look at podcasting!

This Old Man, he played one
He played knick knack on my thumb
With a knick knack paddy whack
Give a dog a bone
This old man went rolling home

This Old Man, he played two
He played knick knack on my shoe
With a knick knack paddy whack
Give a dog a bone
This old man went rolling home

This Old Man, he played three
He played knick knack on my knee
With a knick knack paddy whack
Give a dog a bone
This old man went rolling home

This Old Man, he played four
...

This Old Man, he played five
He played knick knack on my hive
...

This Old Man, he played six
He played knick knack on my sticks
...

This Old Man, he played seven
He played knick knack up to Heaven
...

This Old Man, he played eight
He played knick knack on my gate
...

This Old Man, he played nine
He played knick knack on my spine
...

This Old Man, he played ten
On your way home you can sing it again

Five Little Fishies
Thank you Carly, you did great creating this!

Five little fishies swimming in the sea
- fingers swimming

Teasing Mrs. Octopus,Can't catch me, can't catch me
- while saying this, make burbling bubble sounds with other hand and mouth

Then along came Mrs. Octopus,
- bring other hand slowly swimming like an octopus from behind back

As quiet as can be...And SNAPPED that fishie right out of the sea!
- snap at one finger on fishy hand, put that finger down

Four little fishies swimming in the sea...

Five Green and Speckled Frogs

Five green and speckled frogs,
- hold up five fingersSat on a speckled log,- set them on your other arm/log

Eating some most delicious bugs
yum, yum
- rub tummy, nod head, yes, yummmy!

One jumped into the pool,
- one finger goes diving off arm

Where it was nice and cool,
- hands out shrug shoulders, I know, what can you do, these silly frogs ;)

Then there were 4 green speckled frogs.
glub, glub

Four green and speckled frogs...
